Meet Yumna!
The Special Education College’s outstanding student, Yumna Mohamed, has had her graduation project titled “An Electronic Scale for Measuring Upper Limb Efficiency in Children with Cerebral Palsy” selected for presentation and discussion at the International Forum Arab Health 2024, held in the United Arab Emirates. This project was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Islam Abdel Rahman, Head of the Physical Disability Department, and Ms. Reem El-Ghaity, Assistant Lecturer in the Physical Disability Department. This project is considered a significant achievement that contributes to the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and enhances their opportunities for integration into society. We thank Professor Sherif Shaheen, Dean of the college, and everyone who contributed to supporting this project, and we affirm our commitment to providing the best educational and scientific research opportunities for our students in various fields.
