About College
The College of Oral and Dental Surgery at Misr University for Science and Technology was established in 1996.
The College has received the accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education “NAQAAE” after passing the requirements for institutional accreditation.
The College received provisional accreditation by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh to offer Mortho Preparatory programs.
College Departments
The student is required to complete successfully a minimum of 210 Credit Hours for graduation distributed as follows:
University requirement: 21 Credit Hours
College requirements: 189 Credit Hours as follows:
- 23 hours Basic Sciences.
- 39 hours of basic medical sciences.
- 24 hours basic dental sciences.
- 20 hours of pre-clinical courses.
- 77 hours of clinical courses.
- 6 hours elective courses.
