Application Checklist

How to Apply

All international students are required to create an account on https://study-in-egypt.gov.eg/
When candidates get the final Acceptance Letter from Study in Egypt Platform, they can proceed to their respective embassies to get student visas issued.
Please get in contact with Study in Egypt personnel to prepare required documents.

Before coming to Egypt, it is important to check with the Egyptian consulate or embassy in your country about the changing visa regulations.

After You Apply

The documents needed to submit the application:

A passport that is valid for at least six months. Two personal photos on a white background.
Visa application and fees.
Evidence of financial resources to support the applicant during his stay in Egypt.
Evidence of having funding to purchase tickets back to the country of residence or having these tickets.
Acceptance letter issued by the educational institution.
Medical evidence that the applicant is free of AIDS.
